TREATS:

Q: Chocolate is bad for dogs, but how is carob different?
A: Carob does NOT contain caffeine or theobromine, which are not safe for dogs and are in chocolate.

Q: How long do your treats stay fresh?
A: Our treats stay fresh for at least a month.

Q: Can puppies eat your treats?
A: Absolutely!

Q: Can you gift wrap treats?
A: Yes, we can gift wrap any treat order with a pretty red ribbon around our 'barkery' box. Send us an email or give us a call to find out more!

Q: Do you wholesale your treats?
A: Yes, we do.  For information contact Kim at (781)740-7297.


ORDERS:

Q: When should I expect to receive my order?
A: We work as quickly as possible to get your orders out. We aim to ship packages within 2 days of receiving the order and will notify you via email when the items have shipped. Please then allow time for the US Postal Services to bring you your package.

Q: I need treats fast! Do you have other shipping options?
A: There is not an online option yet, but please give us a call (781-740-7297) or email us (MaggiesOnline@gmail.com) and we can work it out alternative shipping options with you.

Q: Why can't I order collars or food online?
A: Our online market place is a new addition to our store and we are steadily adding more merchandise everyday. Be sure to check back soon!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: This is not an option online yet, but please send us an email at MaggiesOnline@gmail.com and we will quote you a shipping cost.
